1- Error connecting to the system

When I go to do a scan the following error message is displayed:
This is because the device is not connected to the application. To do this, you must go to the configuration panel of the DomeScan/IBV application and in the "Domes" section select your device, click on the connect button and enter the password provided by the IBV. Once this process is done, every time you run the application with the device turned on, it will automatically connect.
