Running the DomeScan/IBV application displays the following error message:

You must enable bluetooth from the Windows settings panel. To do this go to "Settings/Devices" and in the "Bluetooth" section, click on the deactivated box to activate it.

In case your device does not include integrated bluetooth, you will not see this section in the configuration menu. You will need to connect the bluetooth dongle supplied by the IBV and follow the previous step to activate it.
