The Ergo/IBV v24.0 software requires a computer with the following characteristics:

• Operative System Windows 10/11 running the 32-bit versions, Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 running the 64-bit versions.
• An internet connection to access the on-line Ergo/IBV license, the Client Area, the user manual and online updates.
• WIndows Media Player installed and enabled.
