The module is based on a data collection questionnaire. This questionnaire can be completed by the worker at home or by technical staff or the prevention service.

If the evaluation is performed by a technician, the information of each workstation can be entered manually in the application. If the questionnaire(s) is completed by the workers, the information will be introduced through the Questionnaire manager files and later it can be imported to the application.
