The ERGO +50 module makes it possible to identify the working conditions (particularly ergonomic aspects, but also organizational and managerial factors) that may pose a problem for older workers. In addition, it allows to consider in the analysis the assessment of the capacity perceived by the older staff.

This module is only applicable to older workers (over 50 years old).
