ERGO +50 is a methodology that allows detecting potential problems for the older staff and mismatches with the perceived capacity of current working people. Although it covers many ergonomic and organizational aspects, it is a semi-qualitative procedure and, therefore, does not allow detecting risks. Therefore, it may be necessary to perform assessments with other methods if a quantitative analysis is needed.
