M41 - Postures [OWAS] What type of risk can be obtained applying the OWAS method?
Last Updated a year ago

OWAS method allows obtaining the risk associated with adopting awkward postures using risk levels ranging from 1 (acceptable situation) to 4 (extreme risk). These risk levels apply to two situations:

  • The risk of each of the postures, understood as a combination of positions of body parts.

  • The risk for each of the body positions (arms, back and legs) depending on their relative frequency.
